Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product (e.g., “30-Day Beginner Fitness Guide”) is purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by applicable law.

We work with a print-on-demand shipper with locations worldwide. Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill them most efficiently.

2.2 When Will I Get My Order?

It usually takes 3–7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times depend on your location and can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

2.3 Where Will My Order Ship From?

We partner with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, ensuring efficient delivery no matter where you are.

2.4 Will I Be Charged Customs Fees?

An additional customs and tax fee may apply to international orders. This fee is not within our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchase.

2.5 How Do I Track My Order?

2.6 My Order Should Be Here by Now, But I Still Don’t Have It. What Should I Do?

Before reaching out, please help us by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbor, contact us at info@arisenvalleyactive.com with your order number. If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

3. Wrong or Damaged Products

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or was incorrect. To resolve this quickly, please email us at info@arisenvalleyactive.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong or damaged product, your order number, and any relevant details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4.2 Do You Offer Refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items (both digital and merchandise). If this applies, please contact us at info@arisenvalleyactive.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we’ll provide a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

4.3 Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size or Color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, check out our sizing charts in the product description section of each item in our store. Though rare, it’s possible an item may be mislabeled. If that’s the case, please contact us at info@arisenvalleyactive.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.

5. Exceptions

In cases such as duplicate purchases or technical errors on our part (e.g., failure to deliver a digital product), we may provide a refund at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
